Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. Because these slots are dedicated exclusively to your journey, please note the following policy:

Notice: Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Changes: Any cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will incur a CAD$20 fee.

No-Shows: Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered forfeited.
